Good to Know Before Booking
Free parking is available above the castle, approximately 150 meters (490 ft) from the apartment. As vehicles are not permitted inside the historic castle grounds, you may conveniently drive up to the castle bridge for loading and unloading (up to the "No Entry" sign).
The apartment is located on the first floor and attic level and is accessible by stairs only. Please note that there is no elevator.
The castle grounds are generally peaceful. We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of the neighbors, especially during the evening hours. Large celebrations and noisy parties are not permitted.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the private rooftop terrace when using the provided ashtray.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Throughout the year—and especially during the summer months - the castle hosts events such as festivals, concerts, and performances. Staying at Burg Vier offers a wonderful opportunity to experience these events right on your doorstep. On these occasions, the area around the castle may be livelier than usual.
