The minimum stay is generally 2 nights. On weekends, public holidays, and during peak season, the minimum stay may be 3 nights. Shorter stays may be available upon request, subject to availability.
How does check-in work?

After your booking is confirmed, you'll receive all the information you need for your arrival.
Before your stay, we'll ask you to complete the registration form and send us a digital copy or photo of your ID. We'll contact you with these instructions in good time before your arrival.
Check-in is then quick and convenient using our self check-in key box at the entrance.

For loading and unloading, you may drive up to the castle bridge.

No. There are no additional fees. Final cleaning is included in the price, and no local tourist tax is charged.
What is your cancellation policy?

Our full cancellation policy can be found on the respective booking platform.
For bookings made through Airbnb, free cancellation is available up to 5 days before arrival. For later cancellations, the first night's stay will be charged, while the remaining nights will be refunded proportionally. Unfortunately, no refund is available in the event of a no-show.
For bookings made through Booking.com, cancellation policies vary depending on the selected rate. They are shown during the booking process.
Can I visit the castle?

Parts of the castle are open for independent exploration. For a more in-depth experience, we recommend joining one of the guided tours offered by the Tittmoning Tourist Guides.
